Custom Color Makes a Look More Personal
Color can completely transform a wig.
The Creative Strands Lookbook demonstrates how custom color can take a familiar silhouette or texture and give it an entirely different personality. Savvy Stella, for example, pairs Straight 613 hair with a custom ginger shade, while Magnetic Misha can be enhanced with custom color to create a more individualized result.
Because hair used for custom units can come from different donors, however, color results are not guaranteed to be identical from one unit to another. Creative Strands works to achieve the intended result as closely as possible while recognizing the natural variation between hair bundles.
That means your finished custom-colored unit can have its own unique characteristics.

Before You Place Your Order
Custom Orders & Ready-to-Ship Looks
Not every Lookbook product follows the same fulfillment process.
Some styles may be custom orders, while others may occasionally be identified as Ready to Ship. Always check the individual product listing for current availability, sizing, processing time, price, and ordering requirements.
For the custom-order information currently provided by Creative Strands, an initial 1–3 business-day processing period begins after the billing and shipping addresses are confirmed as a match. The existing Lookbook policy states that custom orders are then made and shipped approximately 7–10 business days after that processing period.
Existing Ready-to-Ship information states that qualifying items ship within one business day after the billing and shipping addresses have been confirmed as a match.
Because availability and fulfillment status can change, the individual product page should always be treated as the current source for ordering information.

What is an HD lace closure?
Several confirmed Lookbook styles use an HD lace closure. For example, Magnetic Misha and Savvy Stella each specify a 4x4 HD lace closure. Closure dimensions and construction should be verified on each individual style rather than assumed across the collection.
Can I request a longer version of a Lookbook style?
Creative Strands' existing Lookbook encourages clients interested in longer lengths to explore Custom Looks. Contact Creative Strands to discuss the particular style and length you have in mind.
Can I request custom color?
Custom color is available with certain Creative Strands looks. Because individual hair bundles can respond differently during coloring, an exact duplication of another unit's color cannot be guaranteed.
Can I get help deciding on a look?
Yes. Creative Strands offers both in-person and virtual consultations. A consultation can be especially helpful if you like elements from the Lookbook but need guidance determining what may work best for your desired style.
